Please print the Registration Form and General Membership Agreement.
After completing the registration form and signing that you have received and read the Membership agreement, please give those 2 documents (along with the $50 non-refundable registration fee) to the membership Director: namitakathuria@yahoo.com
At that time you will also need to show your child's proof of age (birth certificate or passport) and proof of the co-oping parent's current car insurance and driving lisence.
ECP follows the age requirements set below, with no exception,for the 10-11 school year:

older 2s and 3 year olds must be 3 years old by 12/31/10 for the 2 day class;

older 3s and 4 year olds must be 4 years old by 12/31/10 for the 3 day class
